In order to accomplish this goal and ensure that you receive the ultimate experience, we ask that you review and take into consideration the following guidelines.
SALON
In order to serve you better, we may require a credit card number to hold your reservation.
A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
In the event that you fail to provide the required notice, your credit card may be charged 50% of the service cost for salon appointments.
Arriving more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment is considered a no-show and your credit card may be charged as listed above.
